An initial alert was issued in other regions on May 21st and formally confirmed on May 23, 2019 A product was seized in Ontario that has the appearance of cannabis. After being tested, this product was found to contain carfentanil. There is no cannabis in this product. A similar product was also seized in Ohio (containing heroin and fentanyl) |
