The local coordination across partnering agencies, and structured evaluation to understand how Breaking Free Online is being delivered within and across services, including barriers and facilitators, is the result of a transformational $350,000 donation made by the Solcz Family Foundation to Hôtel-Dieu Grace Healthcare’s Foundation. In November 2019, Ontario Health began supporting the Breaking Free Online, which included the development of an implementation toolkit for service providers. More recently, the Ontario government has invested in virtual services for addictions and now offers Breaking Free Online, free for all Ontarians.
