WECOSS is a large network of community partners: public health, mental health & addictions, harm reduction, emergency services, people with lived and living experience, social services, Indigenous partners, and more.
We help our community stay safe and healthy. We bring partners together, share information, and support programs that reduce harms from substance use. We also help people find the services they need.
The Windsor‑Essex Community Opioid & Substance Strategy (WECOSS) is a community‑based partnership working to prevent and reduce substance‑related harms in Windsor‑Essex.
