<p>Counselling and Support Services aim to help increase your life satisfaction by teaching you tools to manage your life. Individual, couple, and family counselling services provided include: anxiety, depression, life changes, stress, and grief. One-On-One Services are available (for AFHT patients only) through a social worker for help with depression, anxiety, relationships, grief, or chronic illness.</p><p>Workshops and Mental Health Group events are open to everyone in the community to attend.</p>
