<p>Services at WRH's Emergency Department Triage can include:&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Assessment by an Emergency Physician to determine if your needs are medical, psychiatric, or both&nbsp;</li><li>Psychiatric assessments and discharge/admission recommendations to the Emergency Physician/Psychiatrist by a Psychiatric Assessment Nurse&nbsp;</li><li>Assessments and determinations by a Psychiatrist as to whether you will be discharged home or will require admission to the Mental Health Department for further assessment and/or treatment</li></ul>
