Clinical Services - Individual Therapy Sessions
Description
Offers out-patient, specialized eating disorder treatment programs for adults ages 20 and over. Clinicians provide individual treatment using cognitive behavioural therapy enhanced for eating disorders (CBT-E), or an abbreviated version of this therapy (CBT-T). Both therapies aim to target disordered eating, as well as maladaptive cognitions and behaviours around food, eating, weight, and shape. The ultimate goal of treatment is to normalize eating, reduce symptoms, and work towards body acceptance.

Referrals and Access Details

Individuals must have a diagnosis of an eating disorder, but for referrals, a diagnosis is 0t required. For referrals, contact, or have your Primary Care Provider contact, BANA’s intake department at 1-855-969-5530 or complete the online intake form
