Description
The Therapy Program provides one-to- one counselling and treatment to individuals ages 16+ experiencing moderate to severe mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder, trauma, and complex grief. The goal of the program is symptom reduction, improved coping, and wellness. The length of treatment varies (6-12 sessions) and is dependent on commitment and progress towards identified goals.
