Addictions Support for those Justice-Involved
Description
Provides addiction-related support for those who are justice involved from the point of entry in the judicial system to transitional care upon release or transfer. Provides referrals for those involved in the judicial system and their loved ones .Ongoing treatment and support including addiction and recovery education, with additional one-on-one sessions and phone/text support available. In partnership with Probation and Parole.
