Mental Health and Addictions Program:
Description
The MNO’s Mental Health and Addictions (MHA) Program helps Métis Citizens of all ages in Ontario. We offer support in person, over the phone, or by video call. Our service providers include mental health and addiction professionals. Help is provided in both English and French.
What we offer:
- Help finding services and support: We help you find the right services when you need them.
- Mental Health and Addictions assessments: To understand your needs.
- Individual counselling: Support for crisis, trauma, stress, anxiety, depression, addictions, and anger management.
- Family therapy: We help support family relationships and solve family-related problems
