Sobriety through Accessing Group Education and Support (S.T.A.G.E.S.)
Description
STAGES is an ongoing concurrent disorders aftercare support group. This group is facilitated by a Concurrent Disorder counsellor and is open to anyone in the community ages 16+ that has a concurrent disorder (mental health and substance use disorder) and is in the maintenance stage of recovery. Members build their recovery journey through skill- building and peer support. Education is provided at each session for growth in mental health and substance use-related topics. Meetings are held online using the Ontario Telemedicine Network and in-person.

Referrals come from a variety of sources including doctors, hospitals, family members, Police/Crown (criminal justice system), other community agencies and self-referrals. To obtain services or to re-engage in services, please call 519-255-9940 ext. 249.
