Counselling Appointments
Description

Individuals over the age of 18 can talk with a qualified counsellor by scheduling an appointment at 519-966-5010. Qualified counsellors will meet individuals privately to talk about issues, help decide what issues to work on together, discuss challenges and opportunities, help decide on action steps to move forward in life, connect with other community agencies as needed, support  throughout first steps, and help  deal with any new issues or challenges that may arise. Ongoing support can be provided by the same counsellor over time, a safe space for the 2SLGBTQIA+ community to meet their mental health needs, with gender-neutral washrooms, and 
counselling for migrant workers referral   

Sessions are available in-person, by phone, and secure online video
