Community Withdrawal Management Services - Leamington
Description
The Community Withdrawal Management Services program supports those in our community ages 12+ who prefer to withdraw from alcohol and/or other substances at home or in another safe, supportive environment. With guidance from a full team of Chemical Dependency Counsellors, and Acudetox-Certified Staff, the program offers a number of support services, including:
- Pre-withdrawal planning.
- Active withdrawal monitoring.
- Stabilization.
- Aftercare, including streamlined access to ongoing treatment and recovery services, where appropriate.
