Mood and Anxiety Treatment Program
Description
A specialized program providing services to individuals age 16-65 with severe, complex, or treatment-resistant mood and/or anxiety disorders. Mood and Anxiety Treatment assesses individuals' needs based on current diagnosis, length of illness, disability caused by illness, and risk. An assessment will be scheduled with registered and certified staff. The assessment will determine if you are eligible for Mood and Anxiety Treatment services or if another community service will better meet your needs.Once the assessment is completed, the team will meet to discuss a treatment plan made especially for the individual. If the individual is admitted to the program, they will be assigned to a social worker for counselling.
